Kalimat offers carefully designed jewelry and apparel, including pre-designed hoodies and custom-made hoodies. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.

 


 

 

2. Jewelry Care & Disclaimer

Our jewelry is crafted with care and includes 18K gold-plated pieces.

  • Gold-plated jewelry requires gentle care to maintain its finish.
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • Natural wear over time is expected and is not considered a defect.

Kalimat is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or normal wear.

 

3. Custom Orders Policy

Custom-made items include:

  • Custom jewelry designs (where applicable)
  • Custom Arabic calligraphy hoodies or personalized apparel

Please note:

  • Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming spelling, wording, and design details before placing an order.

Kalimat is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the customization process.

 

4. Pre-Designed Items

 

Pre-designed jewelry and hoodies are created in limited quantities and based on original Kalimat designs.

  • Availability may vary.
  • Slight design variations may occur due to handcrafted elements.

 

 

 

5. Color & Product Variation Disclaimer

 

Please note:

  • Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings.
  • Fabric textures and metal finishes may vary slightly from images shown online.

These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.


6. Returns & Exchanges

 

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Jewelry and pre-designed hoodies may be eligible for return or exchange only if received damaged or defective.
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for review.

 

7. Shipping Policy

 

  • Processing times vary depending on the product type (custom vs. pre-designed).
  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.
  • Kalimat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Kalimat is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on the Kalimat website are the intellectual property of Kalimat and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
