• Jewellery orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

• Clothing orders are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take 7-15 business days (depending on your financial institution) to appear on your account after the returned items are received.

Jewellery

• Earrings cannot be refunded or returned due to hygienic reasons.

• Other jewellery items (excluding earrings) can be refunded or returned, provided they meet the return conditions.

Hoodies & Custom Apparel

• Customised hoodies or apparel cannot be refunded unless there is an issue with the product (e.g., defect or error in customization).

• Non-custom hoodies can be returned or refunded if they meet the standard return conditions.
